The location of the hotel was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding castle and valley. We were able to enjoy this view from our room, which was a highlight of our stay. The staff at the hotel were consistently polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our Christmas stay. the free bus ticket provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore nearby Meran, which is definitely worth a visit.
The small shower in our bathroom, which could be a bit uncomfortable for taller guests. Another issue was the limited opening hours of the wellness facilities, with the pools closing at 7 pm and the sauna even earlier.

The outdoor dining and breakfast veranda can be unpleasant for nonsmokers, as it is shared with majority smokers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, offering fine views of the castle and valley. The staff were uniformly polite and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful garden and an inviting wellness area. We regret not finding time to visit the wellness area, but it looked most inviting. we were actually surprised to receive a free bus ticket, made our trip into the nearby city very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
